What's Dorame

Dorame is a simple pandora client.
It's based Adobie Air technology, support macos, linux and windows.
There's no extra features in dorame but a beautiful & easy to use ui.

Why another pandora client?
All the funcations provided by pandora are enough for me. What i want is not extra function,
but easy & simple ui.

Get It

If you haven't already, you might need to install Adobe Integrated Runtime (AIR).
Get AIR for Windows or Macintosh.

current version 0.18 for AIR 1.5

Install dorame online from Adobe Marketplace

Dorame must need an update. Getting error 404, so the Pandora site must've changed something again.

Man this is a cool tool. Thanks for keeping it updated. Last time this happened, it was back up and running in a day. Thanks!!

All of the sudden Dorame stopped connecting. It checks for a newer version, finds none (using .17) and then I get:
File Not Found

We're sorry, the page you requested can not be found on our server.

Please check the URL and try again, or visit the Pandora Home Page

For those having a similar problem:

I currently have WinRAR zip client installed on my system. When I downloaded the dorame file, it was interpreted as a .zip file by WinRAR, and downloaded/saved as such. Once unpackaged, it was not useable.

Uninstalling WinRAR and downloading the dorame file again will download it correctly as an .air file which will install easily assuming AIR is installed on your sytem.

Thanks to pickerel for his help - this is a great app and I'm enjoying it!

When I download and unpackage the zip, I don't have any installer files and can't figure out how to use the application.

A current version of AIR is installed on my system.

No longer seems to de-archive correctly in Mac OS X. I now get a file uncompressed that is Dorame.air.zip.cpgz

I've updated pandora tuner to tuner_8_8_0_1_pandora_mini.swf. It's ok now.

Restore tray with double-click is not supported in adobe air. I will add this feather when i find a way to resolve it.
I do not want to complicate dorame and depend too much hack tech(I can implement all the feathers pandora desktop provided, but it will not be guarantied by pandora.com officially, it's a hack way i do not want to take.).

Feathers may be added to dorame in next version:
1. custom theme.
2. music services beside pandora. Pls tell me the best music services you are using now.

Tuner changed again. Here is a bunch of feature ideas: double-clicking the task bar icon should bring the app to it's normal view, allow users to use a custom graphic as there background (just tell me the demensions and I will start makeing and releasing some). Thanks for the app, use to all the time!
